FIŠER, T. The bachelor thesis is focused on mapping the current marketing situation of athletic club AK AHA Vyškov, z.s. and then creating a new marketing strategy. The main goal of the work was achieved by analyzing the internal and external environment of the subject, which provided the necessary information. The work then focused on summarizing these data and making recommendations. These measures, through their practical implementation, have enabled the achievement of the objectives.
